Abraham began his nonprofit journey in mid-March 2025 when he joined Finance for the Future as a secretary. During the unofficial merger between parts of Finance for the Future and CodeSprouts, Abraham served as an influential negotiator. Following the merger, Abraham joined Sprouts Academics Education as a co-founder and member of the Board of Directors. On the Board of Directors, Abraham served as a co-founder and co-leader of the Sprouts Academics Education Finance Division, as well as continuing his secretary work. Abraham served as co-founder and co-leader of the Sprouts Academics Finance Division until July 2025, when the Sprouts Academics Division system was terminated by George Sadewhite.

In June 2025, Abraham contributed as a key player in the Finance Division when he created a class material for entrepreneurship. His contributions increased dramatically in July 2025 when he decided to participate in the new team system by joining Team Nightingale as a team member. By the end of July, Abraham’s dedication to Team Nightingale resulted in the team being the most successful team out of the four teams that Sprouts Academics operated in July 2025. In August 2025, Abraham was elected as Chief Executive Officer of Sprouts Academics Education, with his main goal being to improve teaching quality.

During his time as Chief Executive Officer, Sprouts Academics Education went through a period of expansion of its volunteer force. By August 20th, 2025, Sprouts Academics Education reached a peak of over 130 volunteers. Abraham sought to expand the organization’s infrastructure to train these volunteers and get them into the team system. After the end of his term in September 2025, he once again promoted the team system by working as a member of Team Nightingale, assisting in the team being the most successful team at the organization for the second competition in a row.

In November 2025, when Justin Wang was elected as Chief Executive Officer of Sprouts Academics Education and introduced an era of restructuring, Abraham took up the position of Chief Registrar of Sprouts Academics Education. He earned this position because of his consistent, high-quality work for the organization. Throughout December 2025, Abraham continued to support the team system by contributing to Team Nightingale, leading them to their third competition win in the four competitions since the introduction of the team system. In late December 2025, Abraham worked as a strong player in the debate around the Sprouts Academics Financial System, proposed by George Sadewhite, by providing useful constructive feedback to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission statement and to ensure feasibility.

However, as Sprouts Academics Education entered 2026, a lack of progress from the organization that was growing increasingly inactive led Abraham and a few other Board members to the belief that Sprouts’ leadership structure was fundamentally flawed. After a series of disputes over programs that would progress the organization, the board became increasingly fractured. By mid-January, Abraham and other Board members started drafting the plans for InspirEducation.

With the State of California approving the new organization’s proposal, Abraham, along with five of the remaining eleven Sprouts Board of Directors, resigned from their positions on February 7th, 2026. Abraham had recorded a total of one hundred seventy-eight hours of service at Sprouts Academics Education at the time of his resignation, putting him in second place among the volunteers of the organization for total service hours served behind George Sadewhite. Following the loss of half of the board, Sprouts Academics fell into a completely inactive state and was finally dissolved by mid-April.

In InspirEd, Abraham set out to lead two departments in the growing organization as Chief Registrar and Chief Treasurer, giving secretary and mission alignment help to ensure that the same poor leadership policies that were established in the early days of Sprouts would never exist in InspirEd. Working with George Sadewhite, Edward Sadewhite, and Justin Wang, he wrote the organization’s bylaws and privacy policy. One of the biggest lessons he had learned from his experience in Sprouts was to build strong procedures to ensure that all actions are performed in alignment with the InspirEd mission. One of the ways he did this was by questioning every aspect of every proposal made by the board to make sure that every decision ensures student safety and aligns with the InspirEd mission.

Once the organization got set up, Abraham continued his commitment to his organization by reviewing all paperwork from the organization’s separate departments to ensure mission alignment and safety. He wrote the InspirEd website privacy policy and refund policy. Additionally, he leads the registrar department, which is critical for the safe storage of internal documents, user information, and other sensitive material.

Overall, Abraham’s service towards InspirEducation has set a precedent for dedication, mission alignment, and work ethic inside the organization. Through his dedication and guidance, Abraham continues to inspire the next generation of learners and innovators.

George works within the Board of Directors as Chief of Staff and Volunteers to ensure that programs are aligned with the organization's mission and goals. He is actively involved in managing and training teams of authors, volunteer Managers, and other volunteers. His leadership fosters a collaborative and supportive environment for both volunteers and staff. Through his dedication and guidance, George continues to inspire the next generation of learners and innovators.

George started his nonprofit journey as an influential member of Finance for the Future from January 2025 to April 2025, building many background systems to automate the organization’s outreach. He was a critical part in the unofficial merger between CodeSprouts and Finance for the Future, becoming a Co-Founder of Sprouts Academics Education and a Co-Founder of the finance division of Sprouts Academics Education, Finance Sprouts. After the creation of the organization, George played a pivotal role as a developer for the organization, continuing to create automated methods for outreach and internal systems, as well as creating the schedule for the 2025 Sprouts Academics June, July, August, and October Class Sets. He also served as the main head of Finance Sprouts, guiding the division through classes during the 2025 Sprouts Academics June Semester. He also took on a role as head of customer service at the organization from June 2025 to November 2025.

Following the announcement of a sabbatical from Abhiram Gunda in late June 2025, George was elected Chief Executive Officer of Sprouts Academics Education for the rest of June. In July, George was elected again as executive for the month of July. During his term, George introduced a team system to the organization to promote delegation, accountability, and efficiency among the volunteers. During his time as executive, George oversaw 62 classes, the development of 4 curricula, and the execution of the new team system. He also terminated the division system, opting for a more streamlined approach using Staff and Volunteer Managers to manage teams.

Following George's time as Chief Executive Officer of Sprouts Academics, he continued to be a leader in operations, primarily by ensuring efficiency in teams. When the organization entered a period of expansion in August, George designed an automated system for the staff and volunteer interface of the organization. He also spent time collaborating on the Sprouts Academics Website that was active from August 2025 to December 2025.

When Justin Wang got elected as executive in November 2025, the organization started to go through a period of major restructuring. George played an important part of the restructuring by supplying the Board of Directors with a plan for increased delegation and efficiency within the Board of Directors, a plan that would be the groundwork for the modern-day Sprouts Academics Board of Directors. When roles in the Board of Directors were reassigned, George decided to continue overseeing the team system by becoming the Chief of Staff and Volunteers at the organization. In the middle of December, George proposed the draft for the modern-day Sprouts Academics Financial System to expand its reach.

However, as Sprouts Academics Education entered 2026, a lack of progress from the organization that was growing increasingly inactive led George and a few other Board members to the belief that Sprouts’ leadership structure was fundamentally flawed. After a series of disputes over programs that would progress the organization, the board became increasingly fractured. By mid-January, George and other Board members started drafting the plans for InspirEducation.

In InspirEd, George set out to lead the InspirEd Volunteers and Staff Department as Chief of Volunteers and Staff, giving direction to ensure that the same policies and culture that were established in the early days of Sprouts, which led to volunteer inactivity, would never exist in InspirEd. Working with Justin Wang, Edward Sadewhite, and Abraham Yeung, he also helped create the Board structure, internal policy, and vision for InspirEducation. One of the biggest lessons he had learned from his experience in Sprouts was to build an accountable department of teams that are set to the highest standards. He also wanted to put a focus on activity, quality, and loyalty throughout the organization. One of the ways he did this was by ensuring a smooth, well-supported transition for the mid-tier management who had all moved from Sprouts Academics Education.

Once the organization’s leadership structure was set up, George continued to lead the department by supervising the department's many teams as they found their own rhythms. He ensured that all team managers felt supported, confident, and motivated by spending time to regularly check up on their progress and needs. He oversaw the organization grow from its first article produced to the education powerhouse it is today.

In addition to the volunteers, George is also responsible for the support and acceptance of Paid Creators for the organization. He ensures that Paid Creators are adequate for the InspirEd Paid Creator Program and are ready to make high-quality paid educational content for the organization. In addition to day-to-day support and leadership, George is also in charge of writing policy and procedures for his department to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

George also used his experience gained from building the Sprouts Academics Education Website to build a dynamic website for InspirEd. The InspirEd website is built from over 20,000 lines of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python to create an interactive experience for students, volunteers, and staff. He also provides continued support for the website with regular updates that add new features to improve user experience.

Overall, George’s service towards InspirEducation has set a precedent for increased accountability and productivity inside the organization. Through his dedication and guidance, George continues to inspire the next generation of learners and innovators.

Edward began his nonprofit journey when he became a member of the nonprofit organization, Finance for the Future, in March 2025. During his time at the organization, Edward became a leader in the curriculum development program, focusing on overseeing the development of the Finance for the Future Finance Curriculum, a curriculum that was later used at Sprouts Academics Education. Edward’s direct contribution to the curriculum was the creation of a class material on taxes.

Following the unofficial merger between CodeSprouts and parts of Finance for the Future, Edward continued to work closely with the Board of Directors through his continued work on the Finance Curriculum for the Sprouts Academics Education Finance Division, led by George Sadewhite at the time. Edward was added to the Sprouts Academics Board of Directors in May 2025 during an expansion of the Board of Directors in which Cyril Nader and Shree Gunda were also added. At the time of his introduction to the Board of Directors, Edward’s main task was to co-lead the Sprouts Academics Education Finance Division with George Sadewhite, Justin Wang, and Abraham Yeung.

For the Sprouts Academics June Class Set, Edward ensured smooth operations by managing the main platform for communication between the organization and students. For the Sprouts Academics Education July Class Set, Edward continued his work managing the communication platform, along with instructing classes when the need arose. Edward was also a major orchestrator of the deconstruction of the Sprouts Academics Education Division System when it was terminated in early July by then-executive, George Sadewhite. He was also a strong supporter of the new Sprouts Academics Education Team System. He spent the majority of August 2025 finalizing the establishment of the team system. In September 2025, Edward spent the month conforming to the then-executive Cyril Nadar’s instructor training agenda to focus on preparing for classes in October 2025. In October 2025 and into November 2025, Edward focused on supporting teams by providing students with high-quality classes.

With the election of Justin Wang as Chief Executive Officer of the organization and subsequent restructuring, Edward took up the position of Head of Curriculum Development. As Head of Curriculum Development, Edward utilized the Sprouts Academics Team System to efficiently streamline overhauls of the Sprouts Academics Education Python and Scratch curricula in November. His focus as Head of Curriculum Development was to improve the quality of existing curricula rather than trying to expand to new topics. The overhauled curricula were first tested in the Sprouts Academics Education December 2025 Class Set, with a generally positive response from instructors who taught in the class set. It looked as if Sprouts was on a positive trajectory for overcoming its quality control issues.

However, as Sprouts Academics Education entered 2026, a lack of progress from the organization that was growing increasingly inactive led Abraham and a few other Board members to the belief that Sprouts’ leadership structure was fundamentally flawed. After a series of disputes over programs that would progress the organization, the board became increasingly fractured. By mid-January, Edward and other Board members started drafting the plans for InspirEducation.

With the State of California approving the new organization’s proposal, Edward, along with five of the remaining eleven Sprouts Board of Directors, resigned from their positions on February 7th, 2026. In InspirEd, Edward set out to lead the Programs department in the growing organization as Chief of Programs, giving programs quality control checks, program policy recommendations, and trends analysis to help ensure that the same quality control policies that were established in the early days of Sprouts would never exist in InspirEd. He created detailed reports that he shared with the other departments about user trends to ensure quality comes over quantity. One of the biggest lessons he had learned from his experience in Sprouts was to build high standards for published content to avoid slips that will reduce quality in the long run. One of the ways he implemented policy to avoid this was to make it clear to the Volunteers and Staff department that quality is to come before quantity in every aspect of every published material.

Edward is also essential for the growth of the organization. With every weekly report, he compiles the numbers from every published material that the organization puts out and looks at what is driving growth. Because of his department’s work, both the PR department and the Volunteers and Staff departments can work together as a team to make the needed changes to grow the organization.

Overall, Edward’s service towards InspirEducation has set a precedent for dedication, quality, and growth inside the organization. Through his dedication and guidance, Edward continues to inspire the next generation of learners and innovators.

Justin’s nonprofit journey starts in Mid-March 2025 with him joining Finance for the Future as a marketing officer. During his time as a marketing officer in Finance for the Future, Justin managed the Instagram account and established himself as a hard-working volunteer in the eyes of the leadership at Finance for the Future. Justin was recognized for his contributions during the unofficial merger in April 2025 between parts of Finance for the Future and CodeSprouts when he was appointed for a Board of Directors spot at the new organization by the merger negotiators from the Finance for the Future side.

In the early Sprouts Academics Education, Justin continued his marketing work by leading the marketing effort in the early organization. In addition, Justin owned and managed the platform that the organization continues for inter-organizational communications. He also worked as a co-founder and co-leader of the Finance Division at Sprouts Academics Education. Justin’s work as a co-leader of the Finance Division ended in July 2025 with the termination of the division system by then Chief Executive Officer, George Sadewhite.

In mid-June 2025, with the addition of Tejas Tammana on the Board of Directors of Sprouts Academics Education, the head of marketing position got split into two positions, making Justin become co-leader of marketing at Sprouts Academics Education. Justin would serve in this position until his election as Chief Executive Officer of Sprouts Academics Education in November 2025.

With Justin’s election as Chief Executive Officer in November 2025, he immediately set up a large restructuring of the organization. His restructuring plan focused on building prestige through marketing, increased accountability, and consolidation. One hallmark of his strategy involved increased board participation and responsibility. As part of the restructuring, the Board of Directors voted to increase Chief Executive Officer powers. One example of this is the increase in the Chief Executive Officer’s term limit from one month to three months. During Justin’s time as Chief Executive Officer, Sprouts Academics Education ran six Python Classes in December 2025, serving 5 students with high-quality, free classes. After the completion of the Sprouts Academics Education December Program, Justin worked with George Sadewhite. as a constructor of the Sprouts Academics Financial Plan, which was passed by the board in late December.

It is because of his leadership that the Board runs like a cohesive team, everyone with the common goal of the InspirEd mission. He applies his attention not only to the members of the Board that he is assigned to lead, but also to the general volunteer by making sure everyone feels a strong sense of purpose and belonging.

Yashaswi started his nonprofit leadership journey in Spring 2025 when he joined CodeSprouts. Working for CodeSprouts, Yashaswi served as a dedicated instructor who focused deeply on student experience and conceptual knowledge. Following the unofficial merger between CodeSprouts and parts of Finance for the Future, creating Sprouts Academics Education in April 2025, Yashaswi served as one of the original members. In the Sprouts Academics June 2025 Class Set, Yashaswi emerged as an outstanding instructor who was a leader in instructing high-quality classes. Yashaswi’s teaching prowess was recognized in July 2025 with the introduction of the Sprouts Academics Team System under Chief Executive Officer George Sadewhite, when he was made the first Team Manager of Team Centipede. With this new leadership position, Yashaswi successfully guided his team of under a dozen volunteers through the Sprouts Academics July 2025 Class Set, and later through rapid expansion in August 2025 under Chief Executive Officer Abraham Yeung.

For his success as a Team Manager, Yashaswi was moved to an advisor role within his team, with the task of training a new Team Manager in the team. Throughout the Sprouts Academics October 2025 Class Set, Yashaswi served as a dedicated instructor, instructing over 10% of the classes offered during the set. Then, in November 2025, with Justin Wang as Chief Executive Officer, Yashaswi was put on the Board of Directors as Head of Classes. In this role, Yashaswi managed schedules, sign-up data, and the communication platform that the organization used to communicate with students. However, while the restructuring was an immediate short-term success, it revealed issues in the organization that were caused from policy and culture standards that were set up in the early days of the organization.

So, when Yashaswi was approached by George Sadewhite, Abraham Yeung, Edward Sadewhite, and Justin Wang in early February 2026 to join the board of another nonprofit that they were starting that would hopefully circumvent the issues in Sprouts, Yashaswi wanted in. As an end to Yashaswi’s Sprouts chapter, Yashaswi, along with five of the remaining eleven Sprouts Board of Directors, resigned from their positions on February 7th, 2026. Yashaswi had recorded a total of ninety-one hours in service of Sprouts Academics Education since June 1st, 2025, putting him in fifth place among the volunteers of the organization for total service hours served behind George Sadewhite, Abraham Yeung, Edward Sadewhite, and Victor Yeung. Following the loss of half of the board, Sprouts Academics fell into a completely inactive state and was finally dissolved by mid-April.

In InspirEd, the founding board members recognized Yashaswi’s eye for quality as a useful asset in the new organization. They offered Yashaswi the Chief of Product board position, which he accepted. As Chief of Product, Yashaswi is in charge of approving materials to be published, ensuring materials align with the InspirEd mission and meet a minimum quality standard. Additionally, the InspirEducation Product Department, led by Yashaswi, is in charge of writing policy for the requirements of materials during the development process. It is because of his dedication and his work that InspirEd can ensure that our students receive only the highest quality educational materials.

Overall, Yashaswi’s service towards InspirEd has set a precedent for student satisfaction, materials quality, and work ethic inside the organization. Through his dedication and guidance, Yashaswi continues to inspire the next generation of learners and innovators.

Tejas works closely with the Board of Directors to ensure that programs are aligned with the organization’s mission and goals. Tejas focuses on expanding outreach, reputation, and public exposure. Through his dedication and guidance, Tejas continues to inspire the next generation of learners and innovators.

Tejas started his nonprofit leadership journey by joining Sprouts Academics Education in mid-May 2025, quickly joining the Board of Directors while Victor Yeung was Chief Executive Officer in June 2025. Throughout the second half of May 2025 and into June 2025, Tejas was a strong supporter and participant of Victor Yeung’s campaign to increase the organization’s international presence. His participation in the campaign was slowed in mid-June 2025 due to growing internal issues at the time and completely stopped when George Sadewhite terminated the program in late June 2025 when he became Chief Executive Officer in an effort to define focus in the organization.

Throughout June 2025, Tejas also worked with Victor Yeung on the Sprouts Academics Geometry Curriculum. The curriculum was by far the most advanced and longest that Sprouts Academics Education offered, with the 12-class curriculum diving deep into high-school-level Geometry. Under the leadership of then-Chief Executive Officer George Sadewhite, during the Sprouts Academics July 2025 Class Set, the curriculum received high reviews from both students and the instructors who taught it. The curriculum was run again under the oversight of Chief Executive Officers Vidit Kulkarni and Justin Wang in the Sprouts Academics October 2025 Class Set, with similar high praise from the instructors who taught the curriculum. The curriculum lasted until November 2025, when it was pulled from the available classes for overhaul by the Head of Curriculum Development at the time, Edward Sadewhite.

Tejas also played an integral role in the advertisement for the organization. Taking up the role of co-head of marketing with Justin Wang upon his introduction to the Board of Directors to the position’s termination in November 2025, Tejas managed social media accounts and worked to increase the organization’s impact. In November 2025, with the restructuring under then-Chief Executive Officer Justin Wang, Tejas took up the position of Chief of Public Relations, taking control of the organization’s social media accounts, marketing strategy, and public image. As Chief of Public Relations, Tejas was growing and leading a team of volunteer graphic designers and publicists separate from the group of volunteers under the direction of the Chief of Staff and Volunteers, George Sadewhite.

However, while the restructuring was an immediate short-term success, it revealed issues in the organization that were caused by policy and culture standards that were set up in the early days of the organization.

So, when Tejas was approached by George Sadewhite, Abraham Yeung, Edward Sadewhite, and Justin Wang in early February to join the board of another nonprofit that they were starting that would hopefully circumvent the issues in Sprouts, Tejas wanted in. As an end to Tejas’ Sprouts chapter, Tejas, along with five of the remaining eleven Sprouts Board of Directors, resigned from their positions on February 7th, 2026. Tejas had recorded a total of eighty-three hours of service at Sprouts Academics Education since June 1st to the time of his resignation, putting him in third place among all volunteers at the organization, and first place among volunteers who were not founders of the organization. Following the loss of half of the board, Sprouts Academics fell into a completely inactive state and was finally dissolved by mid-April.

In InspirEd, the founding board members recognized Tejas’ marketing skills as a useful asset in the new organization. They offered Tejas the Chief of PR board position, which he accepted. As Chief of PR, Tejas is in charge of the marketing, public image, and public interactions outside of InspirEd’s regular educational programs. His department, which hosts two separate volunteer positions (graphic designer and publicist), is the second in size at the organization behind the Volunteers and Staff department run by George Sadewhite. The volunteers in the PR department are completely independent of the Volunteers and Staff department and therefore are under the full auspices of Tejas’s leadership.

As the organization grew into what it is today, Tejas oversaw marketing of the organization as a whole as well as its individual programs. Additionally, he provided guidance on what should be and should not be allowed for publication to maintain InspirEd’s flawless public image.

Overall, Tejas's service towards InspirEd has had major ramifications for the public perception, interactions, and exposure for the organization. Through his dedication and guidance, Tejas continues to inspire the next generation of learners and innovators.
